                                                         MAX

Max is 6 years old and in kindergarten.  He was diagnosed in December 2005 with Leukemia. He is currently in remission and in the maintence phase of treatment.  Max has two brothers and two sisters at home.  Max's favorite sport is hockey.  In his free time, Max loves to play with his spiderman toys and play his Wii. He has three dogs and three cats making it a full house!  Max has been a real trooper throughout his treatments and he will receive his
last treatment in May 2009!  Max and his family plan to celebrate with a trip to Disney, where dreams really do come true!
