Come hike with Team In Training! Surround yourself in the magnificient splendor of one of our nation's first wilderness parks hidden within the tranquility of the Sierras - Yosemite!
Although best known for its waterfalls, Yosemite's 1,200 square miles contains deep valleys, grand meadows, ancient giant sequoias, a vast wilderness area, and so much more.
TNT's Yosemite Hike Weekend - June 17 - 20, 2010 - offers 5 different stunning hike options ranging from an Easy valley floor tour to challenging Half-Dome - there is something for every level of expertise ensuring an exciting hike adventure for all:
EASY: Yosemite Valley Floor - relatively flat 5 miles
MODERATE: Dewey Point - easy, but longer 9.5 mile hike
Panorama Trail - easy, mostly downhill, but longer 8.7 mile hike
DIFFICULT: Yosemite Falls -Yosemite Point - 9.0 miles with a 3,800+ foot altitude change
EXTREME: Half Dome - 12-15 hour, 18.0 round-trip hike with 4,000+ altitude change
Team In Training will provide you with a professionally guided hike at Yosemite National Park, on-site transportation and accomodations at the Tenaya Lodge, hike day lunch, and an inspiration dinner and victory party, done in a very unique setting that only Yosemite can provide - complete with s'mores!
