EVERY TNT Teammate is matched with a Mentor who has completed the program one or more times.
Mentors meet with Teammates 1-on-1 to identify strengths, resources, and motivating factors. EVERY Teammate will embark on this journey with a personalized fundraising strategy written with the help of their Mentor.

CAMPAIGN MANAGERS

Campaign Managers recruit and carefuly train Mentors to provide top-notch fundraising support to EVERY Teammate. Rest assured, Team In Training is a shared community of dedicated individuals who understand your motivating factors as well as potential obstacles. Every member of your support staff has been in your shoes as a first-time participant.
