Whether you were a TNT participant this year or 10 years ago, you know how special it was to make new friends and experience the magic of Team In Training^® (TNT).  Riding your bike for 100 miles, completing a half or full marathon, or finishing a triathlon, you know that crossing the finish line was unforgettable. Bring back old memories, connect with old friends and rejoin the Team by participating as an alumnus.

Mentor
Bring past fundraising and training experience to help others and get 20 % off the fundraising goal.

Mentor Captain

Bring past TNT experience to help our participants by being a liaison between the mentors and staff and receive 20 % off the fundraising goal.

Team Captain
Be a part of TNT again by signing up to assist at team trainings, spin classes, and help staff, mentors and patient honorees motivate participants and receive 20 % off the fundraising goal.

Patient Honoree Captain

Help by being a liaison between patient honorees, team members and staff and receive 20 % off the fundraising goal. 

Other Volunteer Opportunities

• Water Stop
  Distribute water and Gatorade and cheer current team members.
• Pacer
  Lead pace group for marathon and half marathon teams.
• Ride Captain
  Lead pace group for cycle teams.
• SAG Support
  Follow cyclists on course in car to provide support.

Recruitment Activities

• Marketing
  Help with marketing the TNT program by distributing brochures and posters in your local community.
• Information Meeting Volunteer
  Help out at a information meeting with set-up, check-in and registration.
• Expo Booth
  Volunteer to help out at an Expo Booth by marketing TNT to expo attendees.
• TNT Office Volunteer
  Volunteer at the Society office during business hours.
