You will be supported by a certified coach who is available via email, phone, and at all group trainings. Your coach will lead you through the physical challenge of the TNT program.
Your coach will provide you with a training schedule to prepare you for your event. You?ll know what activities to complete each day and will have a schedule of group training opportunities. Training with TNT is a progression of distance, speed, and abilities. If you?re starting from zero, that?s ok! 85% of our program say they are beginners to endurance training. The first group training begins at a very basic level and we work up from there to get you to your event day goal.
Most schedules are five days of activity and two days of rest.
Group training is offered a minimum of three times per month.
