Cancer affects a great number of our friends and family. Through the Team In Training experience, you'll learn just how many and what you as an individual can do to make a difference in their quality of life and treatment success! Whether for a personal connection to the mission, or just the desire to train for and complete an endurance or adventure event, you're in the right place. Saving Lives, One Mile at a Time?

First and foremost, we are a fundraising organization. Our mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families. We can't support our patients or find a cure without the generous support of our participants and their donors. As a team, we provide the necessary support to help everyone succeed. In return for the financial support of our mission, we take you on an amazing adventure of training, making friends, and completing an endurance or adventure event. We aren't just runners, walkers, cyclist, triathletes, or hikers, We aren't just young, middle aged, or retired. We are mothers, fathers, grandparents, students, caregivers, and friends fighting every step of the way for a common goal, to cure blood-related cancer!

Team In Training Commitment

In exchange for training and event weekend amenities, participants are asked to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. You'll be asked to raise a minimum amount of funds within a specified time limit that is specific to your event selection. Once the fundraising minimum is collected LLS will provide you with event weekend amenities necessary for completion of your event that can include travel, hotel accommodations, event entry, event day apparel, bike shipping, etc.

The Team In Training program is all in! We support every part of this amazing journey of making new friends, training for an endurance event, and raising critical funds for blood cancer patients. Engage in the program as much as you can, and this will be one of the top ten experiences of your life!
