If you have already successfully mentored for at least 2 seasons, take it
to the next level and apply to be a Team Captain!
The mission of the Team Captain is to ensure volunteer satisfaction and
active participation by providing leadership in a fun and festive
atmosphere, in addition to assisting mentor support of volunteers. Captains
will be responsible for the logistical planning and implementation of
several Group Training Sessions (GTS) per season.
Team Captain Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited
to:
Assisting TNT with recruitment efforts
including pre-season planning meeting, info meetings and KickOff
Working alongside the Lead Coach for your team,
and establishing a leadership role/relationship within your individual
team
Working with mentors to organize Fundraising
Brainstorming parties at the beginning of the season
Calling participants on a monthly basis
Honored Hero liaison
Organizing and planning recommitment party and
reunion party
Logistical planning and implementation of
several GTS?s per season.
Travel to assigned event
