The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training (TNT) is the largest and most successful endurance sports training program that's helping beat cancer. With professional coaches, participants are not only physically motivated but personally challenged as well. Raising the bar on their "personal best," participants add supporting cancer research to the challenge of an endurance event.

LLS has created the largest network of TNT-certified coaches - more than 2,300 coaches nationwide. TNT training is overseen by a National Advisory Board of renowned coaches, which makes this highly effective program "best in class" with every level of athlete raising their game.

Your TNT coach will establish a training regimen customized for you, advise you on nutrition, hydration, injury prevention and much more. And the Team holds weekly workouts to help you stay on track. They promote team spirit, give you an opportunity to make new friends and remind us all we are part of a greater cause

• Travel, lodging and pre- and post-event activities for an unforgettable weekend in San Francisco
