WALT DISNEY WORLD® Marathon Weekend
(Orlando, FL)
This race provides a flat, fast course that winds through Epcot Center, the Magic Kingdom and Disney MGM Studios. Walkers who can finish in seven hours or less are welcome. Truly a family-friendly marathon.

P.F. Chang's® Rock 'n' Roll ArizonaTM Marathon & 1/2 Marathon (Phoenix, AZ)
Staged in the Valley of the Sun, the P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon & 1/2 Marathon will tour through three of Arizona's most vibrant cities. With fantastic winter conditions and live music every mile, P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona is an event not to be missed for runners and walkers!

Bermuda International Marathon & Half Marathon (Hamilton, Bermuda)
This beautiful two-loop course welcomes walkers. Runners and walkers travel a 13-mile scenic loop that provides a full appreciation of the island's beauty as it follows shoreline and winding coral and flower-lined roads. A half marathon is also offered.

The Lavaman Triathlon and Sports Festival is an extravaganza of sports and fitness culminating in the Lavaman Triathlon Olympic Distance Triathlon. This year will mark the 9th anniversary of the Lavaman Triathlon.

Country Music MarathonTM & 1/2 Marathon (Nashville, TN)
The Country Music Marathon is another of Elite Racing's music marathon series. The event lineup features more than 40 live bands along the course and a post-race concert highlighting a major country music headliner. In addition, 28 local high school cheer squads will keep spirit and energy pumping along the route.The ultimate tour of Music City USA, from historic sites like the Parthenon, Nashville's world renowned Music Row and a spectacular finish outside the Adelphia Coliseum on the Cumberland River. The course is fun and scenic, with rolling hills and a wide variety of music that is sure to please both runners and walkers.

St. Anthony's Triathlon (St. Petersburg, FL)
As the first major race of the year, St. Anthony's has kicked off the triathlon season in North America for the past 22 years. On race day you'll swim through the brisk waters of Tampa Bay, bike along glimmering waterways and quiet harbors, and run through picturesque neighborhoods and past cheering spectators. Over the years, St. Anthony's Triathlon has been named "Race of the Year" by USA Triathlon and has served as a qualifier for the Ironman Triathlon World Championship. St. Anthony's Triathlon culminates with a festive waterfront awards party with live music and great food provided by Florida's famous Columbia Restaurant

Look forward to a mostly flat, paved, spectator-friendly course starting at BC Place Stadium's south side. Loop around the inner harbour of False Creek and back past the start line, then through historic Gastown and into beautifully forested Stanley Park.

The Wildflower Triathlons (Lake San Antonio, Monterey County, CA)
Welcome to the second-largest triathlon in the world! This event offers three different options. Choose from one of the following: Long Course, including 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run; Mountain Bike, including .25-mile swim, 10-mile bike and two-mile run; and Olympic-Distance, including 1.5 K swim, 40 K bike and 10 K run.

Memphis in May Triathlon (Millington, TN)
More than 1,500 pro and amateur athletes from around the nation and the world compete in the 1.5K-swim, 40K-bike and 10K-run event at Edmond Orgill Park in Millington, TN. The race is in a park setting within a mostly rural area of Millington. The bike course is flat and the run is moderately hilly. Average water temperature is between 65-75 degrees. The average high temperature is 82 with a low of 65 degrees (bring your wetsuits).

Capital of Texas Triathlon
(Austin, TX)
This great event takes place in downtown Austin, TX, the "live music capital" of the U.S.  The swim takes place in Town Lake, with the bike and run courses taking athletes through downtown. Overall the course is flat, fast and very spectator friendly.

Rock 'n' Roll Marathon® (San Diego, CA)
The Rock 'n' Roll Marathon is one of America's outstanding courses; 26.2 picturesque, musical miles make this marathon your ultimate destination. More than 40 live bands, 2,000 cheerleaders and a post-race headliner concert will keep your feet moving to a rockin' beat. The Rock 'n' Roll Marathon passes many San Diego highlights. The race starts in Balboa Park, dashes through Hillcrest, skirts the world famous San Diego Zoo, runs through the downtown Gaslamp District, travels up Highway 163 (voted America's most scenic urban highway), races by Sea World, sprints around San Diego beach and bay communities and finishes at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in Point Loma.

America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride (Lake Tahoe, NV)
This is one of the most scenic and awe-inspiring rides you will ever experience. The spectacular scenery, clean fresh mountain air, great food and full support by experienced ride organizers makes this ride a "must-do" for any avid recreational cyclist. The course circumnavigates the highways clockwise around Lake Tahoe and includes two challenging climbs.

Mayor's Marathon and Half Marathon (Anchorage, AK)
Walkers are welcome. This marathon has been called an adventure collector's running experience. With the Chugach Mountains on the east and the Cook Inlet on the west, this course provides a sense of the beauty and majesty that is Alaska. A half marathon is also offered.

Philadelphia Insurance Companies Triathlon In Fairmount Park
(Philadelphia, PA)
Boathouse Row, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Lemon Hill and the "Drives" are just a few of the highlights of this much lauded course. The entire Philadelphia Insurance Triathlon takes place in historic and beautiful Fairmount Park, the country's largest city park.

Rock 'n' Roll Half MarathonTM (Virginia Beach, VA)
With world-class athletes, cheerleading squads and more than 20 rock 'n' roll bands, the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon is one of the nation's most exciting and popular endurance events for both runners and walkers.

The Triathlon at Pacific Grove (Monterey, CA)
A beautiful course along the Pacific Grove coastline, between Pebble Beach and Monterey, including Cannery Row and the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Sunday, September 16
Maui Marathon and Half Marathon (Maui, HI)
Point-to-point, from Kahuluito Kaanapali on the Island of Maui, this 26.2-mile course is recognized as one of the 10 most scenic marathons in North America. A major portion of the course runs within 50 feet of the cobalt blue Pacific Ocean. The half marathon starts and finishes in Whaler's Village.  This is a walker-friendly course for the both the full and half.

WALT DISNEY WORLD® Triathlon (Orlando, FL)
Join Team In Training and participate in this triathlon at WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort. The swim is in a freshwater lake with white sandy beaches, while the bike ride is on a gently rolling course on rural roads off the resort property. Then, complete your participation with a run on a two loop course that winds through Disney's Fort Wilderness.

Honolulu Century Ride (Honolulu, HI)
Join thousands of people for one of Hawaii's largest and oldest cycling events.  Ride begins and ends at Kapiolani Park and follows Oahu's eastern and windward shores.

Sea Gull Century (Salisbury, MD)
This century route has scenic rest areas providing welcome breaks. At Assateague Islad on the Atlantic Coast there is a strong possibility of seeing the world-famous wild ponies.

The LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon® (Chicago, IL) 
Celebrating its 30th anniversery, more than 1,000,000 spectators will line the streets to encourage marathoners. This fast course tours numerous ethnic neighborhoods that most visitors to Chicago never see. This race is one of the top big-city marathons. The world's marathon record was set here.

Nike Women's Marathon, A Race to Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (San Francisco, CA)
Nike and Team In Training celebrated a successful inaugural marathon in 2004 with more than 9,000 participants for this first-time event. Come and help support cancer research by participating in the Nike Women's Marathon.  The half marathon for the 2007 event has already sold out to the general public.  Click here to find out how to participate with Team In Training.

Marine Corps Marathon (Washington, DC)
The event is nicknamed the "marathon of monuments", since runners and walkers pass many of the nation's most prominent sites, including the Pentagon, Kennedy Center, the Washington Monument, the U.S. Capitol, the Smithsonian and the Lincoln and Jefferson memorials, all at the height of autumn color.

adidas Dublin Marathon (Dublin, Ireland)
This relatively flat course winds through the city of Dublin and welcomes Team In Training runners and walkers. In this popular race, you will experience the charm of the city, the pubs and, most of all, the people of Ireland.

El Tour de Tucson (Tucson, Arizona)
This event is the premiere century ride in the United States and boasts great weather and beautiful scenery. This is a ride for cyclists of all abilities. The course is actually 111 miles long and features two dry river bed crossings, traffic control over the entire route and a generous number of rest stops.
