ING Rock 'n' Roll Philadelphia 1/2 Marathon

Nike Women's Marathon, A Race to Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
San Francisco, CA - October 17, 2010
The Nike Women's Marathon has two spectacular race courses for this year's marathon and half marathon making this year's race a faster 26.2 and 13.1 mile tour of San Francisco. The race will kick off downtown in Union Square and continue through the financial district, then along the San Francisco Bay past Colt Tower, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Aquatic Park, and more, while exposing breathtaking views of Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge! A stroll in Golden Gate Park and along Ocean Beach on the Great Highway will usher you to the finish line. Enjoy the pre-race Nike Expotique, on course chocolate mile and pedicare stations. Once you cross the finish line, you will be rewarded by tuxedo clad men with your Tiffany & Co. finisher medal!
Marine Corps Marathon
Washington, DC - October 31, 2010
The Marines will start all runners in Arlington, Virginia and will wind you through the Roslyn district along Lee Highway. You will then turn on Spout Run and the George Washington Parkway. You will cross the Key Bridge before running into Georgetown and through the District of Columbia. There you will see all the sites that Washington, DC has to offer! Such sites will include the Lincoln Monument, Korean War and Vietnam Veteran's memorials, Washington Monument and most of all the U.S. Capitol. Along the way you will pass the East Potomac Park and the Jefferson Memorial. You will run past the Pentagon and finally finish at the Marine Corps War Memorial. This is truly a breathtaking course and is nicknamed "The Marathon of Monuments."
