Train with Team In Training (TNT) for a hiking adventure and raise funds for lifesaving cancer research. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or someone who just enjoys a good walk, there is a hike program for your ability and level of fitness.

TNT offers:

• Great people.Our coaches, certified in partnership with the American Hiking Association (AHS), provide exceptional training and information on fitness, nutrition, gear and injury prevention and hiking principles like Leave No Trace.
• TNT Hikers also will receive a one-year membership to AHS.
• Amazing destinations. Choices may include hiking trips to Yosemite, Grand Canyon and Rocky Mountain national parks.
• Fundraising support. From your own Web page to our helpful staff and fundraising clinics, your fundraising will be easy and successful.
• A fabulous weekend. Your travel, lodging, guide fees and pre-and post-event activities are all covered for an unforgettable weekend experience.
• A lifesaving cause. For many, the greatest benefit of all is knowing you will be making a difference in the fight against blood cancers.

Grand Canyon Hike Weekend

• When: May 19, 2012
• Where: Grand Canyon, AZ
• How: Hike the Grand Canyon.  Sign up here!
• Why: The Grand Canyon is more than a great chasm carved over millennia through the rocks of the Colorado Plateau - it is one of the seven natural wonders of the world.  Starting at 7,000 feet above sea level, the Grand Canyon offers hikes for everyone - rolling rim hikes to challenging hikes into the canyon.

Grand Adventure Weekend

• When: May 31 to June 4, 2012
• Where: Havasupai Falls, AZ
• How: Hike Havasupai Falls.  Sign up here!
• Why: On this challenge you descend into one of the most beautiful landscapes on Earth, into the heart of the Grand Canyon at Havasu Canyon.  This 3 day/2 night camping adventure takes you through the heart of the canyon, leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and a true appreciation of the grandest place on earth.

Hike Yosemite Weekend

• When: June 16, 2012
• Where: Yosemite National Park, CA
• How: Hike Yosemite National Park.  Sign up here!
• Why: Yosemite National Park, one of the first wilderness parks in the United States, is best known for its waterfalls, but within its nearly 1,200 square miles, you can find deep valleys, grand meadows, ancient giant sequoias, a vast wilderness area, and much more.
