Where We Train

Group sessions are held in various locations in Eastern Pennsylvania. The following is a list with downloadable directions to each training site:

Run Training

You will need to set aside approximately several hours per week to train your individual training and longer runs with the team on the weekends.

Programs are customized for all fitness levels. Participants have the option of either a running or combination run/walk training program.

Every 200 to 300 miles you will need to replace your running shoes. So it is expected you will need to purchase two to three pairs throughout your training. In cold weather, you will need to wear several layers with the bottom one being breathable fabric. For warm days, it is suggested you wear breathable fabrics like Nike Dri-Fit or Cool Max clothing.
