Coaching Staff

• Fred Reiss - Head Cycling Coach (Northeast Pennsylvania)
  Coach Fred has been with Team In Training for three years and has logged over 30 century rides (100 miles and 20,000 road miles) on his own. He is a TNT-certified coach and Certified League Cycling Instructor by The League of American Bicyclists. His advice to any potential rider is to set realistic goals, focus on improvements and reward yourself for successes.
      
• Jim Carney - Head Cycling Coach (Philadelphia)
  Coach Jim has been riding since 1972 and joined Team In Training in 1999. He has participated in countless century rides and trained hundreds of cyclists.
