For over 20 years, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training (TNT) has grown to become an unparalleled sports training program. More than 440,000 participants, from first timers to seasoned athletes, have trained with the Team and achieved their best at marathons, half marathons, triathlons and cycling events.

In exchange for unsurpassed endurance sports training and support, participants raise money to help The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society find cures for leukemia, Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma, myeloma. In that time, participants have raised over $1 billion dollars towards the fight against blood cancer!

This season, Team Delaware will be incorporating our new Flex program!  TNT Flex, our online option, was developed by our renowned coaches to allow the flexibility to make TNT work for you. In addition to local coach support, here is what you'll receive:

• Everything you need to prepare for a full or half marathon, triathlon, century ride or hike adventure
• Individualized training plan by our amazing coaching staff Weekly training and fundraising communications
• Online community with teammates Your own web site to help raise funds online
• Choice of world class events and travel arrangements to exciting destination
• Race entry, often to sold out events
• Flexibility and convenience to fit your busy schedule
• The excitement of meeting up with your teammates at event weekend
• Smart phone applications for on the go training

TNT Flex also offers a choice of world class events that you'll find hard to resist. And wherever your event is taking place, travel arrangements to those amazing destinations will be arranged. And your experience with TNT will be made more meaningful by your teams honored patient - a blood cancer survivor who will inspire and motivate you every step of the way.
