Team In Training offers runners and walkers the opportunity to take on the challenge of a marathon or half-marathon and make a difference in the lives of an estimated 912,938 Americans living with or in remission blood cancers. 

Along with a customized-training program and expert coaching, participants will train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

Team In Training (TNT) is currently recruiting walkers and runners for the following events. Please note that participation in a TNT event is subject to the local availability of group training and transportation arrangements. Please consult the TNT staff at your local chapter for additional details.

The Austin Marathon & 1/2 Marathon
February 14, 2009

The Austin Marathon and Half Marathon run through some of Austin's most scenic and historic areas, including Lady Bird Johnson Lake, the Allandale and Hyde Park neighborhoods, Congress Avenue, the University of Texas campus and the State Capitol complex. With nearly 40 Austin bands to keep you motivated and 26 water and PowerAde stops and Seton Health Care Systems medical teams to keep you moving, these courses are some of the best supported routes in America.

Country Music Marathon & 1/2 Marathon

The eleventh annual Country Music Marathon & ½ Marathon will hit the streets of Nashville on Saturday, April 24, 2010. Featuring many of Nashville's best live bands on 28 stages along the 26.2 and 13.1-mile courses, the musically themed road race is expected to attract 35,000 runners, walkers and junior racers. The Country Music Marathon & ½ Marathon is recognized as the ultimate tour of Music City, featuring historic sites like the Parthenon, The Country Music Hall of Fame, Nashville's world-renowned Music Row and an expansive finish line festival outside the Tennessee Titan?s home, LP Field, located along the Cumberland River. The event culminates with a post-race concert, which has featured past acts Sara Evans, Brad Paisley, Phil Vassar, Jo Dee Messina, Diamond Rio, Martina McBride and Kenny Rogers.
