The Grand Canyon National Park Grand Canyon, AZ

It is more than a pleasuring ground for those who explore the roads, seek great views or venture into the canyon. Testimonials

Here is what some of our hikers have said about their experiences.

"I had more fun than I've had in a long time, I did more than I thought I was capable of doing and all the while I was able to raise money for an awesome cause and help make sure we see more leukemia/blood cancer battles ending in victory, not sad memories (like those of my aunt). How cool is that?"
- Nicole

"Can't say enough...truly a weekend that will stick with me for the rest of my life. What an incredible group of individals! I am so proud to have been a part of all we accomplished. Thanks all for the support, friendship & drive to go just a bit further."
- Jill & Brandon

"The trip was a real event. Training with great folks and anticipating the Canyon was worth all the effort. The organization involved and the smooth almost effortless transportation and hotel accommodations were terrific. The trip was everything and more than I expected."
- Forrest

"Hike For Discovery is a wonderful program. I met so many nice people who had a similar interest - hiking and the desire to find a cure for cancer. I enjoyed the training because it allowed us to hike on many new trails that I may never have been on. In addition, our hike leaders and mentors were very helpful and we were extremely well prepared for our hike in the Canyon. The Canyon hike was amazing! We had an excellent guide who gave us a plethora of information about the Grand Canyon and allowed us to take many pictures.
Through Hike For Discovery I was able to give so many families hope that a cure will be found for all cancers. I received many notes of appreciation for my fundraising efforts. Those notes made all the hard work worthwhile!"
- Maggie
