What is Team In Training?
If you'd like to experience the thrill of walking or running a half or full marathon, cycling a century (100 mile) bike ride, completing a triathlon or hiking an adventurous destination while making a difference in the lives of more than 894,000 Americans living with leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma - then Team In Training is for you!

Team In Training offers programs for individuals of all skill levels. Expert coaches will guide you every step of the way! Make great friends, get in the best shape of your life and travel to wonderful destinations while accelerating a cure for blood cancers. By helping to raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma research and patient services, you'll receive: 

• Personalized fitness training by certified coaches for a period of four to five months, training clinics and support, and a personalized training schedule.
• Fundraising support and ideas, including your own personal Web site for online fundraising.
• A supportive group of teammates and a connection to the cause through our Honored Teammate program.
• Lodging and airfare to your event destination.
