Team In Training's triathlon program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of swimming, cycling, and running an Olympic-distance triathlon and make a difference in the lives of nearly one million Americans living with blood cancers.

Along with a customized-training program and expert coaching, participants will train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

St. Anthony's Triathlon St. Petersburg, FL - April 29, 2012 Olympic distance (.93 mile swim, 24.8 mile bike, 6.2 mile run)

As the first major race on the U.S. calendar, St. Anthony's Triathlon has kicked off the triathlon season in North America for the past 26 years. On race day participants will swim through the brisk waters of Tampa Bay, bike along glimmering waterways and quiet harbors and run through picturesque neighborhoods and pass cheering spectators. The event culminates with a festive waterfront awards party featuring live music, great food, cold beer and cool door prizes.

Targetraining Sherwood Island Sprint Triathlon Westport, CT - June 17, 2012 Sprint distance (.5 mile swim, 13.2 mile bike, 3.1 mile run)

Sherwood Island is Connecticut's oldest state park and has some of the best beaches in the area! The Half mile swim takes place in the beautiful Long Island Sound, the 13.2 mile bike course will take you on a tour of Westport's beachside communities and the 3.1 mile run will be held entirely within the state park. Sherwood Island is a great place for the whole family, come for the race and then stay for the day!

New York City Triathlon New York, NY- June 24, 2012 Olympic distance (.93 mile swim, 24.8 mile bike, 6.2 mile run)

Limited Spots! Get your entry for this iconic race through TNT today! Each year over 3,000 athletes brave the waters of the mighty Hudson River before biking along Manhattan's West Side highway. Finally, athletes put on their running shoes for a run through New York's famed Central Park.

The Nation's Triathlon* Washington, DC - September 2012 Olympic distance (.93 mile swim, 24.8 mile bike, 6.2 mile run)

The annual Nation's Triathlon winds through Washington, DC's monument corridor in the shadow of the nation's best known memorials and national treasures. This International Distance triathlon includes a swim in the Potomac River, bike course through DC and a run through Washington, DC's historic landmarks with a spectacular finish!

Jarden Westchester Triathlon Rye, NY - September 2012 Olympic distance (.93 mile swim, 24.8 mile bike, 6.2 mile run)

For 27 years the Westchester Triathlon has conducted a first class multisport event in the New York Tri State Area. Held at the end of September, this race is often the final one of the season for many local triathletes. From novice to professional, young and old, the 1,000 athletes gather together in the scenic town of Rye in Westchester County, New York for this Olympic distance race.
