Triathlons
Team In Training's triathlon program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of swimming, cycling, and running an Olympic-distance triathlon and make a difference in the lives of nearly one million Americans living with blood cancers.
Along with a customized-training program and expert coaching, participants will train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

Black Bear Triathlon
When: June 3, 2012
Where: Lehighton, PA
How: Olympic Distance - 1500 meter swim; 24 mile bike; 6.2 mile run
Sprint Distance - 750 meter swim; 18 mile bike; 3.1 mile run
Why: The Black Bear Triathlon takes place in the heart of the Pocono Mountains at beautiful Beltzville State Park in Lehighton, PA. The race begins with a swim in the Beltzville Reservoir and continues with a bike course along the scenic mountains of the Poconos. It ends with a trail run that will take you over the Beltzville Dam (by special permission of the Army Corps of Engineers) offering a panoramic view of the Park and Reservoir.
