The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Central Ohio Chapter's Team In
Training® (TNT) program offers a 16- to 20-week, daily training
schedule designed for the novice to advanced athlete. TNT will prepare you
to make a difference one mile at a time!
Our knowledgeable and accessible coaches will work with you on form,
nutrition and apparel so that you are ready to cross the finish line of a
major endurance event. Your mentor, a former team member, will provide you
with fundraising ideas and moral support throughout the program. Your hero,
a local child or adult who is receiving treatment for, or is in
remission from, cancer, will give you the added inspiration to keep
training and to push towards the finish line.
In return, participants have the opportunity to help the Society
succeed in its mission: To cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease
and myeloma and improve the quality of life of our patients and their
families. When athletes meet or exceed their fundraising goal, the
Society says thanks by covering the participant's race registration, round
trip airfare and hotel stay for event weekend.
Don't miss this opportunity to experience the rewards of completing an
endurance event while helping to accelerate cures for leukemia, Hodgkin and
non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other blood cancers. We are currently
recruiting for our Fall events:

Nation's Triathlon (Washington, D.C.) -
