Welcome to Central New York Chapter  Team In Training ^® (TNT)

Have you  ever thought about running a marathon, cycling 100 miles or completing a triathlon?  Let us help you accomplish your goals as you help so many others!  

Get ready for the experience of a lifetime! 

The Central New York chapter is recruiting for four events for the 2009 Fall season. We are offering two full and one half marathon, one 100 mile century bike ride and one Olympic Distance Triathlon. 

The following events are being offered:

• The Nation's Triathlon, September 13, 2009, Washington, DC-- This Olympic distance triathlon benefits The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Swim the Potomac River and follow the bike and run courses through the historic streets of our Nation's capital.
• Tri-State Seacoast Century Ride, September 26, 2009, Hampton Beach, NH -- This 100 mile bike ride follows the beautiful New England Coast through New Hampshire, down to Massachusetts and into Maine before it ends on the beach in New Hampshire.
• Nike Women's Marathon, October 18, 2009, San Francisco, CA -- This is a full and half marathon that is both runner and walker friendly.  Enjoy all the sights of San Francisco while completing a marathon.  See the Golden Gate Bridge, Trolley Cars and taste some Ghiradelli Chocolate. 
• Marine Corps Marathon, October 25, 2009, Washington, DC -- Known as the People's Marathon.  This 26.2 mile course, which is runner friendly only, takes you on a tour of our Nation's Capital.
