As a Team In Training member, you'll join men and woman - from novice to seasoned athlete - for support, camaraderie and the knowledge that your commitment could save lives. Experienced coaches will help you achieve optimal performance with a four- to five-month comprehensive training program, including clinics on form, technique, race strategies, injury prevention and nutrition. We'll help you every step of the way.
