The City of San Antonio will be the new home of the Rock ‘n' Roll San Antonio Marathon & ½ Marathon. More than 20,000 runners and walkers are expected to toe the start line of the inaugural event, which will feature 70 live bands along the historic sites and parks on the marathon and half-marathon courses.
After crossing the finish line outside the Alamodome, runners will be invited inside that evening for the post-race concert - a celebration recognizing the participants' accomplishments.
