Stay Involved with Team In Training after you complete your event!

Join one of our local street teams! Being a part of Team In Training does not stop when you cross the finish line. Even though your event is over, you are welcome anytime to volunteer at TNT events and trainings. Help us paint this state purple so that our community of runners know who Team In Training is! You can volunteer to support us in this venture when you have free time. Here a few ideas on staying involved:

Come out to Saturday morning trainings to run with us or support our current team by helping us hand out water, cheer them on, or write encouraging words of support in chalk along the route.
Help distribute flyers and brochures.

Wear TNT apparel to every 5K in town or help us set up TNT water stops.

Come to information meetings in the coming weeks and share your TNT experience with those wanting to learn more.

Help us set up information tables at different locations and help raise awareness.
